## Security policy

- Credentials, API keys (including OpenRouter sk-or-v1), activation codes, bank data, backup passphrases → **LOCAL ONLY**.
- SSH private keys → **LOCAL ONLY** (never under `/var/www`).
- Public site: organization hub + non-secret ops docs + safe HTML dashboards.
- File **content is never stripped** on disk; secrets simply are not uploaded.
